Order process – Order easy and convenient

How can I order at CHAPS & MORE bestellen?

1. Shopping

Select the products that you want to order by clicking on the “Add to basket” button. This added your selection to the shopping cart.  Before submitting your order you can change your order at any time, change the number of products. By clicking the button “Remove item” delete the selection or cancel the order process. By clicking the button “Checkout” will take you to the next order step.

2. Checkout

Case you have an account, please log in with your email address and password. Otherwise, please register as a new client. Your data is collected, processed and used in compliance with the Data Protection Act (Privacy Policy). Any other use or disclosure to third parties.

3. Check the invoice address

Now, check your invoice address. By clicking the button “Next”, go to the next order step.

4. Check shipping address

You can now create new or different shipping address. By clicking the button “Next”,  go to the next order step.

5. Select shipping method

Please choose the best shipping method for you. Please refer to Delivery information. By clicking the button “Next”  go to the next order step.

6. Select payment method

Select the desired method of payment.

7. End of order procedure / Delivery and Payment

You will receive an overview of your order: selected products, shipping and invoice address and your contact information. Verify that all information is correct and read up the terms and conditions carefully. You can proceed with the order only if you agree with the delivery and payment (check mark). “Order Payment Paid” By clicking the button you will send your order to us. You specify a legally binding offer.
